What we collect when you enquire, why we collect it, and how to have it removed. Written in plain language, last updated 7 August 2026.
We ask for your phone number so an admission counsellor can call you back
We do not sell your details, we do not share them with other colleges or agents, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.
1. What we collect
When you submit the admission enquiry form on this website, we collect the details you type into it:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- The course you are interested in (GNM, B.Sc Nursing, or undecided)
- Your message, if you write one â this field is optional
Alongside that, our website automatically records which page you were on when you enquired, and â if you reached us by clicking a Google advertisement â the advertisement click identifier and campaign name. That last part tells us which advertisement brought you here, so we do not keep paying for advertisements that do not help students find us.
We do not ask for, and you should never send us, your Aadhaar number, bank or card details, or passwords. No one from this college will ask you for those over phone or WhatsApp.
2. Why we collect it
One reason only: so that an admission counsellor can contact you about studying here â to answer questions about eligibility, fees, hostel and the Bihar Student Credit Card, and to guide you through admission. We also use the totals (how many people enquired, from which page) to decide what to publish on this website.
3. Cookies and similar technology

You can clear all of these at any time from your browser settings. The website works normally without them.
4. Who else sees your details
Your enquiry is stored using Google Firebase, and advertisement measurement is provided by Google. If you contact us on WhatsApp, that conversation is carried by WhatsApp under their own privacy terms. We do not pass your details to any other college, consultancy, agent or lead-selling service.
5. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records while your admission is under discussion and for the academic session you enquired about. After that they are of no use to us, and you may ask us to delete them sooner.
6. Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us to show you the details we hold about you, correct anything wrong, or delete them entirely. Just call or WhatsApp us and say so â there is no form to fill and no charge. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian can ask on your behalf.
